J'en viens à ne plus oser me centrer sur moi-même, je ne me laisse plus ou très rarement ces moments de concentration intérieure - liberté extrême - et c'est difficile de distraire mes chiens de garde intérieurs. Réussir ce soir à écouter de la musique vraiment (le comble, vu mes études) et à aligner quelques lignes est un triomphe dont je mesure la portée tant que les sensations sont là, mais je suis presque sûre que j'en aurai oublié les bénéfices demain, ou dans 3 heures, ou à la prochaine crise de larmes à cacher.
Comment est-ce possible d'arriver à cerner rationnellement ses problèmes mais de ne pouvoir strictement rien faire circuler à l'émotionnel ? Je comprends tout à fait que je me crée moi-même des angoisses à des sujets divers pour m'empêcher d'accéder à quelque chose que j'ai caché profondément. Et pourquoi, en le sachant pertinemment, je ne peux rien faire pour changer ça ?
